ORGANS IN & AROUND CHESTERFIELD


SHEEPBRIDGE METHODIST

The organ was installed by Bower & Dunn (Sheffield) in 1935. In 1962 it was inspected by Henry Willis & Sons Ltd., who found it "in excellent condition". The stoplist was as follows:

Pneumatic action.

In 1970 the tuning contract with Willis was terminated owing to impending closure of the church. The fate of the organ is unknown.
