Here is a very English scheme for this building. Great, Swell and Pedal would be situated at
the west-end; Choir would occupy the same chancel position as the current instrument.
Known as 'The Cathedral of the Downs', this spacious church has never contained an adequate
organ. The current instrument (anon. 19th-century, rebuilt 1975) has 8 stops on 2 manuals.
