and from Julian Rhodes:I know of only two examples of 21 1/3ft. stops from before the 19th-century.
In Sevilla Cathedral an organ was built by Antonio Pedro Faleiro in 1668-73, including a remarkable Pedal division of 12 or 13 stops:
32 21 1/3 16 10 2/3 8 5 1/3 4 ?2 2/3 2 32 16 8 4
At St. Laurent, Alkmaar, the organ was rebuilt by F.C. Schnitger in 1723-6. He used the 1646 Pedal 22ft. principal pipes as a 21 1/3ft. quint. In 1781 its compass was completed to C, and the rank became a 32ft. Praestant.
