There were 98 speaking stops and two percussions. All pipes in the above stopist metal, unless specified as wood.

This organ was designed by George Dixon, built by Casavant, and voiced by Carlton Michell, Frank Wesson, W.C. Jones and others. The organist at the time was T. J. Palmer, formerly at St. Nicholas, Whitehaven, Cumbria.

The organ has subsequently been rebuilt and altered.
